Looking for a way to record keystrokes (for a bot)

I'm trying to make a bot that will record the keystrokes I need for 3minute runs I'm doing. Basically I just need it to record the strokes and export to a xml/notepad in the form of autoit

My knowledge of autoit is very basic and I've only really written autoit bots that utilize and run nav files from external programs(bots) but I want to fully automate this bot with autoit using the keystrokes I use for a run. The reason for that is I zone multiple times using these runs and I'm not sure exactly hwo to config it with another bot but if I could do it with autoit it'd be easy.

I can technically do it with autoit but without some sort of recorder it'll be a very long tedious process.

uhhh like record what I do and save those recordings to text pad so I can easily import them into a autoit script?
