Search specific file in @appdatadir\Local\Temp\subolder\subfolder

Hello all,

could please anyone help me? I'm just startin' with trying to program as it is obviously to do that because not wanna wasting time

for things which can be done automaticly 

But I need help. I trie to search for a specific *.dll file in an @appdatadirlocaltempsuboldersubfolder.

The file is normaly located in a subfolder like 

C:UsersAdministratorAppDataLocalTemp{2150723B-CEF5-4448-AE99-1DE40D867B16}{BAEE0C24-C8C2-4820-9DF4-887909F1A286}

What do I have to do to find that file in such a string as shown above?
