Press Mouse in Background

i need a function, which holds the left mouse button in the background while I am doing other things. I searched very long in the internet but didn't found anything.

Hi, 123Markus123, welcome to the forum. Can you please explain more about what you're trying to do, or what application you're trying to automate? 90% of the time there is an easier way to accomplish what you're looking to do.
