Auto complete web search form

I have a listing website I'm working on and would like to send my "customers", once they click on the "reservations" icon, to an affiliate website that processes the reservation. But instead of having them arrive on the affiliate's website and then start completing the form as per the information they just gave/viewed on my website, I would like the form to be pre completed to a point, accept for the required time period. If a partial auto fill is not plausible, and I have to auto fill the entire form I will go that route as well.

Are there any existing scripts like this out there? or must this be done from scratch? Please note I'm not a programming guru but I am willing to learn.

This is something you would handle on the web server using ASP, PHP, etc.
