I want to make a rectangle and have my script search it for a colour, I can do that its just im not sure where to get the coordinates to put in the script. If its in the Window Info thing can someone point out where?

Or how else I can do it.

Take a look at this portion of the "Window Info thing":

Cursor ID: 2

Press CTRL-ALT-F to pause the display of the "Window Info thing".

Within the "Window Info thing" select Options >> Coord Mode >> Window if you want the x,y coordinates to be relative to the active window.

Check the help file for PixelCoordMode to make use of x,y coordinates with respect to desktop or active window.
