Auto configuration of router

I have a router I usually configure by entering the IP in my browser, enter user/password, go to configuration and change a radiobox and a checkbox and click "Confirm and Reboot".

Is it possible to make a script that automatically does this? Not through mouse and keyboard movement, but through some sort of HTTP Request?

As far as I can see in the source code it's asp and javascript.

 

Any answer would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of router is it? Because i`ve done some udf for direct communication with Mikrotik routers.
