Receive event notification when active window changed (changed focus)

Hello.

I was trying find a way receive an event when active window changes.

Basically when a user focused on any window I need get path of the window's executable.

I found some code in >this topic, that uses SHELLHOOK but it doesn't work on W8 x64

Trying make different settings for different programs. For example in one program I need have caps on, but when leave it, caps off (or previous state)
