Listview - select multiple items by click and drag on an item?

Hello.

By default when you click on an empty space of a listview and start moving cursor it will draw selection rectangular and select any items in that rectangular.

Is there a way allow the same exact way of selecting multiple items when clicked on an item and move cursor? (my listview uses $LVS_EX_FULLROWSELECT and doesn't allow dragging items around)

I'm aware of using keyboard to select multiple items.
