Hi,

I want to find a link in a window. That window has a web browser control.

I saw that there is a udf library IE.au3 that could help. The problem is that that library works only on

internet explorer. It has functions to attach itself to existing internet explorer windows.

I would like to connect to a web browser control and find a link in it and also click it.

I have the handle to the window and the control itself.

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks

The _IEAttach function in IE.au3 can match based on Title, Text, URL or HTML sub-string matches. See if one of those won't work for you.

Doesn't work needs to be ripped out of the troubleshooting lexicon. It means that what you tried did not produce the results you expected. It begs the questions 1) what did you try?, 2) what did you expect? and 3) what happened instead?

Reproducer: a small (the smallest?) piece of stand-alone code that demonstrates your trouble
