Any Complete guides for an A/B Loop?

Hey guys is this program autoit-v3-setup.exe the one I need to create A/B Loop videos via media player classic latest version x64 and save it as its own .AVI or .MKV Video etc.. So I can re-create a full video with all the loop edited scenes in it? and how would I do that ? Any decent guides out here?

I'd suggest looking into FFmpeg. It allows command line clipping/trimming and should be able to do this for you.
