I do a lot of research and I'm falling on: http://www.google.com/speech-api/v2/recognize?lang=en&client=chromium and https://github.com/skipme/Voice2Redmine/blob/master/Recognise/Recognizer.cs Apparently there must be a "POST" on this url and returns the text in audio.
