Desparately seeking mem.au3 and bin.au3

Some interesting code found posted here requires the inclusion

of mem.au3, bin.au3 and mem.dll.

I am assuming that these utilities are available for downloading,

but have been unable to locate a link.

The autoit forum search engine doesn't find them (i.e., there

are plenty of references to those include files, but not any links

to the downloads), and in a larger context, neither does google.

Can anybody here can give me a clue?
