Autoit Script Recorder...

Hey,

I just downloaded the SciTe4AutoIt3 program. For some reason, the recorder only records mouse functions. No keyboard at all.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you check the box to "Save window text"

Perhaps the keyboard setup in windows is affecting the recording of keys logged. Example US keyboard settings may work but not French keyboard etc..?

there are two recorders:

• AutoIT Macro Generator
• AU3Record

Which one did you use? If it was AutoIT Macro Generator then please try AU3Record.

Do you know where Larry has moved AU3Record? http://www.autoitscript.com/fileman/users/Larry/ looks rather empty nowadays.

Edit: Yes, I know that it was ...fileman/users/Larry/ in the past - but something barfed.

I hope he'll put some kind of info in the old dir because there are like a gazillion links in this forum alone, pointing to the old location as a source for au3record.
