Z order windwos taskbar + 1

Hi,

Is possible to stick a window to the same z order + 1 higher as the windows taskbar?

I've got a script that put a transparant window with text on it on the taskbar and want it to look like it's a part of the task bar.

Every second I put it on top, else it get's behind the windows taskbar.

If I opent a systray menu it puts the window ontop of the systray menu.

The same if I start something in fullscreen it get always ontop.

 

I want it to look if the text is a part of the taskbar.

 

 

Does somebody know a sollution for this?
