Is there a way to slow down my internet speed, either with or without autoit? The computer I program on gets 100 down so the functions that require internet connection are instantaneous, the computer that I'm using is getting the internet through a mobile hotspot. I know I can use wait and sleep and other stuff, but I simply want to slow down the connection speed for what I'm doing right now if I can. Is it possible?

Depending on your router, there may be some QoS options onboard. I know both Belkin and D-Link have these options. It allows you to give priority to some services, and in some cases to specific MAC addresses.
