Delete/disable options for a context menu

I'm new to AutoIT.

I seek to disable or delete other option in the context menu of software. Notepad for example.

Hi welcome to Autoit... When I first started out here someone advised me to embed images in my post, with a URL, e.g. use photobucket.com.... Personally I'm not comfortable clicking a URL as you have here
