Runasset Not Working

I'm doing a runasset and using a domain account, then I'm running an .exe from a network location, and I'm getting:

Error: Unable to execute the external program.

If I remove the runasset statement, the command kicks off fine, and I have tried multiple user IDs, and it continues to fail. I didn't see this error in the search, anybody got any ideas? I also tried running local sol.exe (solitaire) and I got the same error, so it doesn't seem to have to do with UNC names or anything. Very strange

I have tried the same script on another PC and it works fine, maybe I haven't rebooted in a while?

That is odd, because the Run command actually returns the text of the windows error, so if it was a network login problem it would say so..
