mdjh Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 I've used AutoIt3 for years and the cut down Scite editor is great. However, earlier today I accidentally hit a key on the keyboard (possibly F12) that put Scite into a full screen mode. I searched through all the menus and all the options files and could not find a way to break out of the full screen mode. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it still went into fullscreen mode every time I tried to edit a script. It turned out that the config was embedded somewhere in Users/<user>/AppData/Local/AutoIt3 but I could not find the offending setting. I deleted this folder and reinstalled AutoIt3 with Scite and it solved the problem. But I would like to know what it is that caused this 'permanent' full screen mode. It is also strange that since reinstalling AutoIt3, the Users/<user>/AppData/Local/AutoIt3 folder no longer exists (i.e. it was not recreated on reinstallation) yet AutoIt3 and Scite are working perfectly. Does anyone have any clues?
Exit Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 (edited) Pressing F12 again? See next post. BTW: Welcome to the forum Edited February 26, 2015 by Exit App: Au3toCmd UDF: _SingleScript()
SadBunny Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 It's probably F11. Pressing it toggles full screen Roses are FF0000, violets are 0000FF... All my base are belong to you.
