Do something every "x" many seconds or minutes?

How could you do that?

I need to be able to set the amount of minutes or seconds inside the code so it does something whenever the set amount of time hits then it reset's it's self... Any idea?

Would the AdLibEnable() function suit this? It can be used to run a function at a specified interval, which could be programmed to do whatever you need.
