Manually vibrate Xbox 360 Controller

Hi, I need to make the controller rumble as a result of a specific keypress from the keyboard or from another controller's button (whichever is simpler).

I have tried modifying the vibrator script from  the rumble is kinda dim as compared to when I check it on a Xbox 360 controller tester. Is there a better way for this? If not, how can I get a full force rumble by modifying this script? I'd be grateful if someone could guide me here. Thanks
