How can I write lines in the first line of a file?

It seems I can only write lines in the end of a file , I checked the help file and don't know how to do it.

You could read the file into memory, delete the file, write your lines and then append the original file to the end (untested):

Local $Prepend = 'This is my data to prepend.' & @CRLF
Local $FilePath = 'C:\File.txt'

Local $FileData = FileRead($FilePath, FileGetSize($FilePath))
FileDelete($FilePath)
FileWrite($FilePath, $Prepend & $FileData)
