Getting list of connected computers in a HomeGroup

I need to find out what computers are connected to my HomeGroup using a script.

I've already tried using

FileExists("\\COMPUTER\Users")

but it appears that it still returns true if COMPUTER becomes disconnected from the HomeGroup.

Additionally,

FileExists("HomeGroup\Server\SERVER\Documents")

and

FileExists("::{########-####-####-####-############}\Server\SERVER\Documents.library-ms")

do not return at all.

 

Can someone help?
