Reading memories/addresses

Hello I am trying to make a script were I use variable I read from a running executable. But these values change every time I start the program again

However with cheat engine I found addresses that looks like this "Tibianic_dx9.exe+3F56BC". When I save them on cheat engine they are the correct address even when I restart the game. However I don't know how to use it in AutoIT! Can someone please help me!
