how to run same script in same OS with different PC's?

Hi,

   I have created one auto IT script and Executed .exe files, The .exe file path i can stored one Excel sheet , format as .xls file and read the data after that execute, but same data i can used win server 2012 OS with Different Machine.script is not running , unable to read the data from excel , how to fix this issues any one please share your thoughts and ideas.
