I am scripting a software installation... How can I get the script to pause and wait for the "Finish" button and then activate that button when it does finally appear?

Try this

While 1
If ControlCommand ( "title", "text", controlID, "IsEnabled", "option") Then ExitLoop
WEnd

Remember to change title, text, controlID and option to suit. (see helpfile)
