Whether it is useful to do this is hard to say - probably in some cases. The software would have to recognize the user in order to have any chance of success, but that's already happening in windows 10 (or so I believe). This idea may have revolutionary consequences: because controls are generally getting smaller with higher screen resolutions and greater use of small icons.
