copy file from one path to another

hi,

Im new to autoit, how do you copy a certain file from one path to another?

Example:

"1.xls" file copy from "C:\Users\John\Documents" to "D:\Back-Up\Excel Files"

if the file is already in the destination path it will automatically overwrite the file
