Control Send

I am trying to send a right-mouse-click in a ie-frame. The only thing i have to work with is:

Controlsend ( "", "", "Internet Explorer_Server1", "{RightClick}"

I have got with Au3Spy:

(1): java script:update();

(2):

(3):

(4):

(5): Internet

Is it possible to do controlsend with just status bar text java script:update(); which is a button to click on and how will the code look like?
