Whats wrong with Win10 and Run or Runwait ?

Windows 10 does not like the "Run" or "Runwait" anymore.

Script executing another program using "Run" will not work properly.

For example:

If you "Run" firefox.exe you will not be able to drag n drop anything into Gmail composing email.

If you use other programs that support drag n drop, you will not be able to use it.

Fix is to use "Shellexecute"

But why is that ?

This question does not belong in Chat, but in General Help or the Windows Client forum more like.

Did you provide a working directory in your Run commands?

Are you running your script as admin? You can't drag from a normal user to programs running as admin just like that. This is a Win Vista feature, not new in Win 10
