Accessing a "DC 5V USB Relay Module Computer PC Command Smart Control Switch Controller Board"

I've already made a few scripts with AutoIt, but I really wonder if I can access such a device with/via AutoIt:

If you go to this page on eBay and than scroll down, you will find some access instructions, but they are all in a kind of "USB interface commands controls" - which I don't know so far...? 

Has anybode some experiences with such a device and AutoIt?
