Is there a command that speeds up mouse movement?

I want to know if there is anything faster than MouseMove, something that makes the mouse get to where its supposed to be faster, like for example a MouseTeleport would be great.

but MouseMove is "built into" MouseClick ( "button" , x, y , clicks , speed )

indicate speed as 0 and it should "teleport"(moves instantly)
