Student_coder
Why AutoIt doesn't support classes?? Writing lengthy scripts without classes is clumsy. Does AutoIt Contains classes ??
Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted May 24, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 24, 2016 @Student_coder if you mean classes in the sense of Object Oriented languages, then no - AutoIt does not natively support this. If you do a search of the forum you will find some threads where members have used techniques to get OO-like effects, but if you want pure, native OO support AutoIt is not the language to use. Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted May 24, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 24, 2016 There is the one below if you're looking to do JavaScript-esque programming: Beyond that, I would suggest a forum search for OOP to look through the various threads for AutoItObject, OOP Extender, etc. "Profanity is the last vestige of the feeble mind.
