ShellExecuteWait complicated command line parameters

How to convert this batch script:

7za.exe x "DirectX End-User Runtimes.zip" -y -o"%ProgramFiles%"

To:

ShellExecuteWait("7za.exe", '"x "DirectX End-User Runtimes.zip" -y -o"%ProgramFiles%""')

I tried but and couldn't figure it out. Found some tutorials but they didn't help enough. Tried different " ' and & but nothing seems to work.

What am I doing wrong?

Try:

Run(@comspec & ' /c 7za.exe x "DirectX End-User Runtimes.zip" -y -o"%ProgramFiles%"')

in case of issues change /c to /k so you can see the error.
