Creating Menus

I was just wonder, im kinda new to guis, how do you create a menu, like File and Edit etc.

are those just buttons which when clicked display the menu? or are they the menu themselves. I have been trinh to create the same looking buttons (if they are) on Koda and have had no sucess.

Someone plz help me out.

I believe you're after GUICreateMenu() and GUICreateMenuItem(). There's an example script on the GUICreateMenu() page which should get you started (and let you know if this is in fact what you want).

you can search on the forum for the Gui creation tool, there some nice software to automate the gui creation! not all but you can arrange all ctrl and Form.

i don't say software name because i dunnot know if i can!

its called Koda Form and i already tried, but thanks LxP ill look into it when i get home
