add option to context menu of windows

hi there, i got another quesion again...

as you probably all know, when right-clicking on a folder, a contextmenu will appear.

(with "open" and "send to" etc...)

I'd like to add an option to use a scipt of mine directly when using windows.

i searched in the reg.edit but couldn't find anything
