detect mobile broadband connection

Hello,

is there a way to detect a mobile broadband Connection (WWAN, 3G, LTE) Connection (netsh mbn show Interfaces)?

Background:

We want to detect Network changes. For Network Change i want to detect:

LAN Connection?
WLAN Connection?
WWAN (broadband) Connection?

For different Connections we want to Trigger some Actions like starting backup.
