Help with auto clicking on a subset of the application window

Hi, I am using a USB camera to capture an image and want to automate the click for taking a snapshot. I am using the camera's application that I launch but don't know how to click on camera image embedded into the application. See the attached pic where the red arrow shows where I want to click to take the snap.
