Any way to continue after malware removal tool kills script?

Hi All,

Automating some tools for tech work. Have mostly modified a malware removal tool up until the "clean" button is clicked and then it closes all currently running programs, including the autoit script that launched it! After the clean process is complete there are only two more dialogs to close and the system reboots automatically. I need to be able to programmatically close those last two dialogs but the script has been shut down by that time.

Anyone know "one weird trick" to get around this issue?

Thanks!

Mike

Besides using a decent malware barrier, you probably can declare the script in your "all-killer"'s white list. Also there are ways for AutoIt scripts (but not only them) to be killer-resistant, numerous examples can be found using forum search.

This wonderful site allows debugging and testing regular expressions (many flavors available). An absolute must have in your bookmarks.

SQLitespeed is another feature-rich premier SQLite manager (includes import/export). Well worth a try.
SQLite Expert (freeware Personal Edition or payware Pro version) is a very useful SQLite database manager.
