StringRegExpReplace question occurence in cicle for

hi guys , i have  question

suppose in Html page   i have    5 link and i want change it ;

i have created   5 New link  (and  inside them a i have variable part ), is possible for  StringRegExpReplace inside a cicle For ?  not change all 5  occurence  in one time ,

but , change the first , the second ......  ??

exist some options??
