Choosing a picture when it appears - anti-bot question

Hello AutoIt Forum.

Recently I've been learning about AutoIt and how it works, so I'm pretty much a beginner. 

I got a small bot to work for RuneScape, which would thieve, sell the items and repeat - which is perfect.

Every 5-15minutes an anti-bot question would appear and have me pick an image. What would be an easy way to do this?

 (picture of anti-bot thingy). 99 % of the time it's the same picture that needs to be picked (3rd one in this example).

Welcome to the AutoIt forum.

Unfortunately you appear to have missed the Forum rules on your way in. (there is also a link link in my signature)
