Selling scripts and legal rights

Hi,
After showing a script i made to some people, someone offered me money to buy the source.

I know AutoIT is free, but what about selling programs made with it ?

AutoIT is great for making small apps that work - It's not very optimized, it's windows only, but it's much easier than python or powershell to make something that works in a limited time.

Would there be legal issues in selling programs made using AutoIT ?
