control send in combo box not working

Hi, I have combo box with values of Alberta, Columbia, Manitoba,Foundland etc. so whe i send ControlSend command with string let's say manitoba. it types manitoba in combo box but because of last character "a" of string it change selection to Alberta.

i tried ControlCommand with selectstring also but same result.

can you help me how to fix it?

Try ControlSetText() instead.

i tried it as well but no luck. my question is how to avoid as you type selection change in combo box?

By the way, i have fixed it. i used _GUICtrlComboBox_SelectString and it worked.
