Launch EXE w/ Command Line Parameter

I need to launch an exe with a command line parameter HIDDEN. Launching the exe with the command line parameter isnt hard, but I cannot figure out how to launch it with the window hidden. When I use @SW_Hide it hides the command prompt not the program. If I use winwait, then hide the window, it defeats the purpose of a silent run. I probably overlooked something, but does anyone have suggestions or ideas?
