How to find internal classes

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hi, I notice the python AutoIT library shows this code sample:

autoit.win_close("[CLASS:Notepad]")

And I find this in the documentation:

  • CLASS - The internal window classname

How do I find the internal classname of a window that may not be as obvious as notepad? For example, I want to try to work with Balsamiq Mockups 3 (as it is named in the hover tooltip). Is this also guaranteed to be the class name?
