Run a program, tidy registry

How can I create a script that will:

1. run in the system tray;
2. start a specified program;
3. wait for that program to be closed;
4. in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt, delete keys that contain a specified word;
5. exit?
