Do until loop being skipped

Im not sure why but my do until loop keeps getting skipped over. As an example, the program is suppose to mine ore 28 times, to fill the backpack. Instead, the moment the loop is called, it is skipped completely and goes straight to GOHOME(). Here is the code:

@gurrenm3 You seem to have walked right past the forum rules on your way in. I suggest you read them now, especially the part on game automation, and you will see why this thread is locked. You will receive no help on this subject.
