I have 3 questions:

  1.  What is the difference between _GDIPlus_ImageLoadFromFile & _GDIPlus_BitmapCreateFromFile?
  2.  What is the difference between _GDIPlus_ImageDispose & _GDIPlus_BitmapDispose?
  3.  Is there a way to find out presence of any open GDIPlus processes?
