For about 6 months we had a retina scanner at the security desk, but that's gone now. I've heard our next round of laptops will be IBM's with the fingerprint readers in them and I think they'll probably go to our auditors (that go to client locations to audit them). Otherwise, I would have suggested it months ago.I have seen verry old laptops with fingerprintreaders so I donot thinks IBM is adding this for the first time.also keep browsing the fingerprint readers are really cheap only 19 euro here.Handy to unlock home pc and maybe even saver then a password
