Simulate a clic on VPS

Hi, I have exactly the same problem than 

 

I have a Python script which clic on a win 10 soft on the VPS, when I disconnect the script bug because of win32api ...

I  have tried to call mouse click from java.awt.robot with Python, (i built a .jar and launched it with Python) but it didn't work.

Help me please  I don't understand how to use AutoIT, I can't find any good documentation for beginers.
