Moving up and to the left _WinAPI_Mouse_Event

Sorry I'm a total noob. I'm trying to use natural mouse movement in a fps type game this moves slow and to the right _WinAPI_Mouse_Event($MOUSEEVENTF_MOVE,0,3,)  however I can't get the syntax right to move up and to the left in the script.
